A Super Simple Make-Ahead Breakfast
I love overnight oats so much. They are so simple, so filling without totally killing your belly and SO YUMMY! The oats are a good source of protein and fiber which is great for starting your day. They’re also an anti-inflammtory food which helps with your joints, muscles and skin! Blueberries are a fiber and antioxidant rich food. Pair these two with some PB, and chia seeds, and you have made yourself the breakfast of champions in about 15 minute or less. Cool Stuff!
- 3/4 cup oats rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 TBS chia seeds
- 2 TBS natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- Add all ingredients but the blueberries in a bowl or the container you’d like to store your oats in. Mix to cover all of the oats and chia seeds.
- Add blueberries. You can either mix them in or keep them sitting on top.
