…and that’s only a few! I’ve been starting my morning with this all week to help my body heal from a nasty case of sun poisoning (definitely the worst case that this white girl has ever had…and I’ve unfortunately had quite a few). I really think it made a difference!
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any dairy-free milk)
- 1 TSP turmeric
- 1/2 TSP ground ginger
- 1/2 TSP cinnamon
- 1/2 TSP vanilla extract
- 1/2 TBSP coconut oil
- Pop all of that into a blander for a minute and enjoy the frothy goodness that is your golden latte! You can keep it cold or heat it up!
