3 ingredients is all you need for this yummy, vitamin packed burger! Super easy and healthy, low carb and protein packed.

Ingredients:

Yields 14 burgers

  • 16 oz shredded zucchini
  • 48 oz lean ground turkey
  • 12 tbs ground flax
  • seasoning of choice

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix zucchini and ground flax. The flax acts as the binding agent when mixed with water from the zucchini. Let sit for a few minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix/kneed together until thoroughly distributed.
  3. Use mixture to make 14 patties
  4. In a frying pan, brown burgers for 2 minutes on each side, and bake on 400F for 10 minutes, or throw them in a grill!
