Yields 14 burgers
- 16 oz shredded zucchini
- 48 oz lean ground turkey
- 12 tbs ground flax
- seasoning of choice
- In a large mixing bowl, mix zucchini and ground flax. The flax acts as the binding agent when mixed with water from the zucchini. Let sit for a few minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix/kneed together until thoroughly distributed.
- Use mixture to make 14 patties
- In a frying pan, brown burgers for 2 minutes on each side, and bake on 400F for 10 minutes, or throw them in a grill!
