Struggle with clean eating because you don’t know what to eat that’s healthy, and isn’t a total snooze fest in your mouth? We’ve got you covered! This service is dedicated to making healthy eating fresh and fun!

How does it work?

You order. We cook and deliver. You eat. It’s that simple!

Each week the menu will be Chef’s Choice, and posted every first Monday of each month. This helps keep the menu fresh with new, seasonal choices for your pallet to enjoy each week. There will always be two meal options to choose from every week. You can order as many as you want of each meal you want, and choose meat or plant-based protein. All orders for the week will be due by midnight Friday, to be cooked and delivered on that coming Sunday. You also have the option to place and pay for your orders for the entire month in advance.

Winter Quinoa Salad
Acorn squash, apples & red onion roasted in olive oil, salt, pepper & chili powder tossed w/ pecans. All over a bed of quinoa & drizzled w/ a greek yogurt dressing (yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt & pepper). Choice of chicken or chickpeas.
Lemon & Herb Spaghetti Squash
Baked spaghetti squash topped spinach & mushrooms sautéed in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes & Italian seasoning. Choice of chicken or chickpeas.
Deconstructed Shepard’s Pie
Sliced carrots, peas, tomato paste, white onion, cooked in vegetable broth, almond milk, Worcestershire sauce, flax meal & thyme. All slow cooked, served over a bed of mashed turnip, topped with cheddar & scallions. Choice of ground turkey or lentils.
Pumpkin Coconut Curry
Pumpkin, chickpeas & yellow onion slow cooked in vegetable broth, coconut milk, garlic, cilantro, cayenne pepper, curry powder, salt & pepper. All over spinach & rice in lime juice. Option to add chicken.
Burgers & Fries
Choice of Turkey or Black Bean Burgers (spinach, quinoa, onion, coconut oil salt pepper & Italian seasoning) w/ parsnip fries air fried & seasoned with garlic & rosemary.
Winter Brussels & Pear Salad
Chopped brussels sprouts, pear slices, craisins in a homemade dijon vinaigrette. Choice of roasted chicken or white beans.
Black Bean Chilli
Black beans, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, corn in vegetable broth, seasoned & slow cooked w/ chili powder, paprika, salt & pepper. Option to add turkey meat.
Deconstructed Winter Enchilada
Black beans, diced butternut squash, yellow onion & jalepeno pepper seasoned w/ cumin, garlic, olive oil & enchilada sauce. Baked and sprinkled w/ colby jack cheese. Option to add shredded chicken.
